2. Deepika Padukone
One of the highest paid Bollywood actresses, Deepika Padukone has become the rivaled queen of the industry. The actress has given some of the best films to the industry including Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. Born to the famous badminton star Prakash Padukone and travel agent mother Ujjala in Copenhagen, Denmark. During the time of her birth, her father was undergoing training sessions for his sport. The actress holds a Danish passport so she cannot vote in India.
3. Jacqueline Fernandez
Born in Bahrain, Jacqueline Fernandez is a citizen of Sri Lanka who moved to India after she got a break in the Indian film industry. The actress has also been crowned with the title of Miss Universe Sri Lanka in the year 2006. She even owns a hotel in the largest city of Sri Lanka, Colombo.
4. Sunny Leone
The former adult actress Sunny Leone made her way in the Indian film industry through the TV show Bigg Boss. She went on to become a famous name in the industry with her films like Jism 2 and Ragini MMS 2. Sunny Leone might have an Indian origin but she holds the citizenship of Canada. She has recently presented her life story to the world with her web series named Karenjit Kaur: The Untold Story Of Sunny Leone.
5. Nargis Fakhri
The actress who rose to fame with Imtiaz Ali’s film Rockstar, Nargis Fakhri impressed the industry with her beautiful looks. However, the actress is not of Indian origin and holds an American passport. Born to Pakistani parents, Nargis Fakhri is of Pakistani American nationality. Nargis started her career as a model at a very young age and later appeared in the popular reality show America’s Next Top Model in 2004.
6. Alia Bhatt
Daughter of Indian filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and actress Soni Razdan, Alia Bhatt was born in London and holds a British passport. The actress who made the industry go gaga over her with her latest successful film Raazi cannot cast her vote in elections in India because she has British citizenship. She and her mother Soni Razdan are British citizens.
